Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team at official@kospet.com within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific return shipping address for your region.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
Inspection and Refund
After our technical team inspects the returned item to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
